I have eaten at the two restaurants in Gallup and Tse Bonito, New Mexico and I have to say the food is Okay. Everyone, in the surrounding area knows there are slim pickings in Gallup when it comes to dining out, BUT if you’re low on cash and want quantity-loaded with carbs and sat. Fats, then your in the money. Dive right in a feast on a heart attack. I have recently called about their egg rolls, which in my life I have never see batter dipped, until I ate at the California Chinese Fast Food. Upon question to manage in Gallup, he insisted they were "old style egg rolls, " if you ask me I think it’s bogus. Battered dipped egg rolls are a ploy to make there skimpy egg rolls look more generous and fill you up with artery clogging batter and grease. On a happier note, the fried rice is okay so are the pan noodles with chicken. less
