We made reservations as it was our anniversary and we were unfamiliar with restaurants in Ventura. They were great and actually called me in the afternoon to confirm our reservation. When we arrived they had a very nice booth reserved in a quiet corner. The wait service was very professional and the food was exceptional. We had a special veal chop as well as a rigatoni with Shrimp dish that were both exceptional. There was no issues with corking our own wine and the corkage fee of $10 seemed very reasonable to me. I can especially recommend the Caprese Pizza....yes I said Pizza, which was served cold and was very, very good as an appetizer! less
