OK, I'm the first to think that animated animal heads are just a bit precious but that doesn't stop me from giggling every time the spotlight turns on the philosophical moose head or the flapping fish. Luckily, they're not the only reasons to visit a Bugaboo Creek Steak House. This is the home of one of my favorite appetizers: BBQ CHICKEN NACHOS! Not being overly adventurous, I only tried them at the beginning because a dining companion ordered them, but I'm first in line to order them now. I like mine with extra sour cream. The steaks are pretty much standard for steak houses and I actually like the mashed potatoes, which are made with red potatoes. What I miss at Bugaboo Creek are a baked sweet potato and a good dessert. I'm not tempted by their selection, although I seem to be in the minority. That's OK. I'll just finish off the nachos! less
