I worked for this outfit in high school back in the early 80s and have been eating there ever since. For the $$, it's one of the best steak dinners you can have in Lubbock. I have a family of 4, and for around $32 we can all have rancher sirloins cooked to tender perfection, a baked potato, texas toast and the salad bar has a pretty good variety of things to try. Crowded as HECK at dinner and especially on Sat and Sun, but the turn-around is relatively fast and if you're on a budget, worth the wait! less
