For 20 years we have ordered steak & cheese subs from this restaurant and in the last 2 years they have gone down hill dramatically in their preparation and fulfilling the order correctly. Service has gotten bad in the respects that you are told "15 minutes and it will be ready for pick-up" you arrive and wait ANOTHER 20 minutes while they prepare the order incorrectly and forget to put some of the items in the order for you to take home, not to mention that the preparation was very sloppy and unprofessional. If you place an order and go to pick up - check your order entirely BEFORE you leave. less
