It was my birthday this month and my lady friend took me to Brio at Easton. Located in the center of the main mall cluster of shoppes it has close parking. The outside reminds one of an old train terminal remodled into a restaurant. <br> Inside the ceiling is very high, spacious and trimmed in unusual drapes. The music was just right, romantic Italian. Our service was excellant. The fresh hot breads were extremely good. Salad was obviously made to order. My "flat bread" true Italian form of pizza was incredible. My ladies deli style chicken club was perfect and huge. It could easily have fed us both. <br> Deserts - oh my. The manager servered us from at wire rack, three deserts (for my birthday!!) true cheese cake with a tasty strawberry sauce and huge ripe thin sliced berry. Her chocolate cake was almost to good. Included also was an oven glazed pot of the best custard I have ever tasted. <br> We saw several other dishes served around us. All looked very appealing and portions are large served on huge and heavy ceramic platters or bowels. The flatware is expensive and unusual. <br> In this price range I have never had a better Italian dining experience. We were there on a Monday and the restaurant was half full at 3pm. Obviously in peak hours they must be very busy. Go very hungry. Intend to stay awhile. less

I've been to this fine resturant in the Easton Complex twice. Once for lunch, which was so packed we had to eat at the bar and once for our company Christmas party. The food in both cases was great. The lunch service was spotty, but bar service generally is. We had in excess of 30 people at the holiday party and the service was outstanding. Two waiters hustled to keep us in food and spirits and all without a hitch. Adn they seemed to do it so effortlessly. The only downside is they don't have a room were a large party can mingle as they dine. If you're going to Easton, then it's a must do. less
