On a Friday night in the 2nd floor lounge, 20something waitresses mocked the conversation in my party of 30somethings. On a return visit on a Monday night, our waitress dumped the entire tray down the back of a friend, soaking his jacket and sweater and splashing others. She mopped at the rug first, then used these same napkins to lamely dab at his silk jacket, never apologizing to anyone, or cleaning the table. To make it worse, she billed us for food which had been soaked in the spill. I used to enjoy the Brewhouse but their staff needs to be screened better. less

My experience at the Brewhouse was completely different. I also went on a game night (that's when they charge for parking) and they gave me a voucher to use inside. I had dinner in the main dining room and the Mediterrainian Sampler was very goo ... more

My experience at the Brewhouse was completely different. I also went on a game night (that's when they charge for parking) and they gave me a voucher to use inside. I had dinner in the main dining room and the Mediterrainian Sampler was very good and the BBQ Trilogy was excellent. Also~the staff was very accomodating to my friend's dietary needs. When we went to the second floor we were not required to pay the cover charge as we had eaten downstairs-a nice surprise! The second floor has alot to offer and the live music on the third floor was a nice alternative to the DJ.
I have since taken friends and business guest several time and always had a wonderful time. less
