Breakers Pub is a happening place. Located in historic Cow Bay, it is THE place to go. Lots of beers on tap, wine, mixed cock- tails, pretty waitstaff! The appetizers ("appys") are numerous, well prepared and delicious. I had a California Roll sushi made with real crab. Delicious. The fried calamari with fresh onions also hit the spot. The rest of the menu was, like the appys, varied and eclectic. We observed a fine portion of prime rib served with an enormous Yorkshire Pudding. For non-brits or non-Canadians, (I had to ask too!) it is a hollow scone-like affair served with lots of gravy. Tasty too!
