The owner who also takes your order applied pressure tactics like I haven't seen outside of time-share salesmen to choose the $35 Brazilian sampler. I had to ask 3 times to see a menu and then he only brings one for our party of four. This guy was the rudest dining employee I have ever encountered. The remainder of the staff were thoroughly professional and left me with only an ugly memory. Sampler meats in general were dry. Our spouses had shiskabobs that were much moister. Tri-tip was chewy. Sirloin steak, well this only made it out of the kitchen once during two hour dinng. Will not be going back. less
