I recently purchased a loaf of Biga bread with asiago cheese on top of
it on Saturday. I broght the loaf home and we ate it with our dinner. The
flavor of the loaf was out of this world. We finished the loaf off the
next day. Great Donuts too.

In the day and age of disappearing bakeries, no stop to Red Wing
would be complete without stopping off at Braschler's. Great
pastries are a given, but the breads are what makes the stop worth
while. Always get the "special of the day."
