	June 27, 2001 Doug W. Springfield , Missouri 65 reviews Excellent BBQ. They have Dine-In, Carry-Out, Catering and Custom Cooking. The sliced beef and pork are both great. They are closed Sunday and Monday. They have catered several of our events here at work and have always done a great job.
