Not only is the food at Blue Nile unique it is delightfully good, The owner takes great pride in helping guest select interest fare from a rather extensive menu. The food is some what different for most westerners but it is skillfully prepared and served in short order. Meals are servered much as they would be in Eithiopia and person al utensiles (fingers) are the order of the day. I strongly recomend this establisment to anyone seeking something different, even if the food doesent meet your liking you will enjoy a unique dining experience less

If you haven't tried Ethipian and you're little afraid to do so... well go here and try it out.... Try their meat buffet (they also have vegetable buffet) and it'll cost about $12 (might have gone up since last time I was there).... ... more

Expect to experience new eating experieince here... there's no forks or knives... just your hand. Eating is hard work here and you use your fingers....
It's very interesting and I would recommend anyone who wants to try different ethinic food to try here. less
