Great place to eat outside for a lunch or an early dinner. The food is excellent and the service is quick and friendly. The pasta's are the best: seafood is my favorite. The Bistro is one of downtown's premeire gourmet restraunts.I don't know too much about the lunch menu, but I've had numerous experiences there for dinner. The Bistro is a small, regular clientel based, restraunt. It's a place where you can go to enjoy great quality food and service for a resonable price.By resonable I mean you pay for what you get. It's not cheap but it's also not unfare or terriably expensive, in that the most expensive menu items being the Ahi Tuna(also one of the most popular) and the Chef de`soer or special which is usually an fish recipe(also a popular dish). The service staff are very knowledgable in recomendations for complentary wine and entre combinations. They also help provide the Bistro with a pleasant and unforgetable experience such as I've had in the past visits. So if your looking for that little quiet, romantic gourmet restraunt I would highly recomend Bistro Europa, which displays all of these qualities, thus placing it on one of downtown's premere restraunts to visit. less
