Big Bowl is one of my favorites - so is their Vietnamese Spring Roll appetizers with peanut sauce! I've been coming here a long time and have noticed I used to get 3 big long Spring rolls for a decent price, but now they've upped the price and you only get 1 small roll that's cut up. So I find I don't frequent the place too much anymore. less

I've already reviewed the Big Bowl in Minneapolis; however, Chicago is the birthplace or Big Bowl and the closer you get to Chicago, the more variety and surprises are available in the menu. The newer Big Bowls seem to have a standardized menu, but the ones near Chicago offer more options and specials. This particular one has a very nice stand alone ambiance and is worth the trip. If you're passing through Chicago, consider staying in Schaumberg on your way through and eat here, or at several other good restaurant options. less

Great iced Tea - the flavors are good.
A variation on the Mongolian BBQ theme is their trademark Dishes. You choose your own vegatables and sauces, they add meat, cook it and deliver it to your table.
They have different sections of Far East Cuisine (Thai, Schzwan...) of prepared dishes.
Great people watching as a suburban date place, next to Streets of Woodfield movie theater (with Digital projection), and woodfield shopping mall and office buildings.
A noisier type place with unforgiving accoustics, and is often on a wait until 8:30pm. A Lettuce Entertain You /Mellman Concept where everyone likes to go to dinner at exactly 7pm.
Food is spicier, but flavorful where listed as spicey.
Better then usual waitstaff for this price range.
