Ambiance is ok...white table cloths etc, but a little dark and old fashioned for my taste. Service is superior...very good. Nice place for a special dinner or a dining experience meant to impress. Food is terrific!! Best Italian in Cincinnati...no ... more

Family owned and operated makes this restaurant over and above most - the owner is also the chef and takes great pride in every entree prepared. His wife is the head hostess and makes sure everone has what they request as well as other family members work as waiters/waitress/bartenders/cooks and those who are not related feel like they are part of a family as well as you do when you enter through the doors at Barresi's. A definite must for any night of the week!! Try it and you'll keep going back. less
