Arby's represents "R.B.'s, " but contrary to popular belief, it doesn't stand for "Roast Beef, " but for "Raffel Brothers." Two brothers studied business and restaurant management in college, and this is the result. It's all explained on the Arby's web site.
This is a fine fast food chain, specilizing in a good deli-style roast beef sandwich. The potato cakes are good, and the jamocha shake is unique. I've fed the family here as well as dates. There is no romantic atmosphere - just good, cheap food in a nice, clean environment. less
