As I love and miss the iron pot soft tofu dishes served in Oakland, I was delighted when visiting the new Ulferts center that there was a Korean tofu house. While it was good, it was not great. The panchan (little plates) were acceptable but flavors were flat. Similarly the soft tofu was acceptable but somehow didn't have the flavor/bite that you get from the top soft tofu places in Oakland. But this is a new restaurant, only about a month old, so I'll give it some time to settle in and refine. At the peak of lunchtime, there were only 3 tables filled, though, so hopefully the owner will get the flavoring tweaked soon. less
