The A-1 Japanese Steak house has two parts, regular menu dining and Hibatachi Grill dining. Both serve Excellent authentic Japanese food. My recommendation is to go to the Hibatachi grill. There you will find expert chefs with incredible talent as they dazzle you with their untensil skills right before your eyes. This is a great show which combines many facets, cooking, comedy, skill and knowledge to name a few. Definately much more than your ordinary dining experience. less
