This gem sits in a strip mall, but it's very much not a strip mall
type of restaurant. The food is exquisite and the service is excellent.
The seafood dishes are to die for as are the desserts.

We have been regulars at 240 Union since it opened. The food
rivals any restaurant in Denver. The soups are wonderful, the
