The crowd varies from small and intimate to overwhelmingly college. Once, I stormed out after leaving the smallest tip that I have ever given because my server was utterly unconcerned with waiting tables -- opting instead to flirt with customers at the bar. So, there is a small but real danger that the service will be quite bad here. Also, sometimes the food's quality does not match its price. However, that said -- try the roasted red pepper humus, or the bison burger. less

Finishing one's glass of water used to be called "the Panda House challange" as some eager waiter was always there to refill your glass before you could empty it. No more. Still, the service is very good. No longer great, but very good. Lunches are the best bet, as 5 bucks buys you almost dinner sized portions, and soup is included. Sometimes you have to ask them to make the food really tasty by throwing on the spice. less
