Excellent place for lunch. Friendly staff. Food is inexpensive. Portions are a bit larger than needed, but somehow you manage to clean the plate. I've tried much of the menu and everything is great.

Biscuits, slaw and shrimp and catfish. Some of the best shrimp in the entire Gulf Coast. The prices have not gone up in years. Still very reasonable, even for the increased priced "all you can eat". The only drawback if any is the smallish size of the drink cups, which take refilling by a waitress, who (for some reason) does not leave a carafe on the table. less

Has another restaurant in Mendeville, La. Hibachi Grills are very popular. The food has been great over the years, although the Hibachi can be a bit pricey. <br> There may be a new Osaka Restaurant opening (or relocating) to the I-10 Exit 261 Oak Harbor area. less
