The other baked goods are worthy, but it's the cream puffs that are broke da mouth! My advice: go early. They run out fast and parking is a real bitch. Anyways, going early will ensure that you get the freshest, most choicest, cream puffs--with its flaky, yet buttery shell filled with the creamiest, thickest, tongue-licking, cream I've ever tasted. I always buy a box to eat with my friends and family right then and there and a box to hand carry on the Aloha Airlines flight home. Ono! less

It's open really late and the food is made order. Don't be mistaken, the food is not Prince Court brunch buffet quality and it's not Wisteria corned beef hash with a sunny side up egg and rice quality, more's the pity. BUT, it's right next to the Wave--thereby making it the ideal place to end a Saturday night/morning. The egg dishes are pretty good (so my friends tell me) but what I always order is the macadmia nut pancakes topped with different syrups to wash away all the liquor, potential hangovers, and memories of all the dweebs I met that night. The service is brisk, blunt, and fast. But hey, I'm not in the mood to talk story when I'm trying to eat enough food and drink enough water and coffee to get me home sober and clean! Recommended if you happen to be in the area because there's NO way I'd pay for parking in Waikiki to eat here! :) less

This hole-in-the-wall (and I mean this literally) is the best place downtown to get a box of goodies for the office. If you want your secretaries to save you the good supplies and give you your messages first, you place a white Char Hung Sut box tied with red plastic ribbons on their desk. Garans bo barans! The line can be really long, but amuse yourself by watching the chinese women deftly make mai tai sus by hand. Know what you want because the only menu is a small, dirty, plaque tacked high on the wall inconspicuously. Friendly fast counter service. less

The handrolls were too vinegary and fell apart when I picked it up. The salad had a 1/2" of water on the bottom of the bowl. The service was horrible even though my friends and I were only 1 of 3 parties there. They put us right by the entrance hall even though there were many empty tables. Hated it! And since there are many other sushi places in Honolulu, with better parking...I will NOT be going there again. Thumbs down. less

Mostly ala carte and so dinner will run you pretty expensive, but all the food is made to order and it is fabulous. Parking is dicey, but park in the HMSA building for a small fee...it's better than trying to chance um in on the nearby cocktail bar lots. The enoki mushrooms sauteed in butter is my favorite. The fresh fish is WONDERFUL and well worth the price. Go go go go...but not too many of you, or I'll have to wait for a table when I go... :) less

It's second now to the boat-belt sushi restaurant across from KC Drive in. The sushi is average, but considering the price...worth it. Big parties will have to wait though, since they can only accomodate the seats around the belt. And watch out you're going to have to sit close other people... less
