Delicious!! Worth every penny! When I saw the menu everything sounded mouth watering. I ordered Mint and Cantaloupe to start off. (I love the colors as names) For never having lamb I loved it and with that mint sauce, it was very refreshing. As was the sweet and salty of the melon and meat with the creaminess of the cheese. For my entree I ventured even more with Jade. Never in a million years did I ever think I would eat fish head soup, but I'm craving it again as I type lol. It was spicy and flavorful and so so good. One of the best things I've ever eaten. I of course had to get dessert. Chocolate sounded good but I decided it was to much for me to handle (next time for sure). Pistachio OMG it's like a trio of heaven. It was like an angel came down and started to kiss my taste buds! You have to try it for yourself!! My bill was 50 bucks(that's average for this restaurant) and I got a four course meal that I could barely finish because I was so stuffed! The owner Chef TJ is a dread head, hippie loving rad dude.The community is all about being good to mother earth and its beings, and treating it with love and respect. That's why this place blows their competition out of the water. The restaurant a few doors down ships in all the food from out of state and bro you can taste the difference. I love going to this place! The atmosphere is awesome. The theme is 'color'. None of the items have names, get this, they have a color and that's how you order. And all of the wait staff wears black pants, white shirts and a tie of one of the colors of the dishes. The service I have to say is awesome as well. Even though you don't have to dress very fancy to go to the restaurant, that staff treats you as if your the richest person in the world. They treat you like your in a fancy five star place. Its like casual fine dinning. The eclectic mosaic table tops and white flatware really make the food POP. Calor Color is one of my favorite places because I love the friendly atmosphere, neat and artsy decor and high level of service. -Smarty less
