Meals are very good, but it would be nice if their Tea was fresh, not something out of a gun. Ambiance is okay, but the pictures of bulls being stabbed by bullfighters are distasteful.

Thai food is one of my favorites and I try to find a great Thai restaurant in every city I visit (San Francisco, Washington, DC, etc.). The food at Bahn Tahi was fantastic. We ordered one of Glenn's recommendations, the Mee Kratee, thinking it would be a great start to the main course. Little did we know that it would become our 'main course' because it was so large and so-o-o good. It was superb, just as Glenn said. We also had the coconut soup, which was the best I have ever had anywhere! less

The lunch menu and daily special is reasonably priced (~$5.00). The food is very good, fresh, and good size portion. I had been to Chevy's in Jacksonville and had essentially the same thing that I normally get at El Toro. Chevy's was smaller portion, almost double in price, and tasted like it was warmed over. <br> Plus El Toro's salsa and chips (provided gratis with entree order) is better than Chevy's and On The Border's. <br> El Toro is definitely recommended for lunch. I have not tried their dinner menu, but it should be good also. <br> My only real criticism is that the past few times we've been there for lunch, the air conditioning has been turned up too high. Take a sweater or flannel shirt. It might be not that bad in the height of summer and if our office wasn't already well air-conditioned. less
