I love good food that is prepared by a good cook. I hate the local Pizza that is run by the local high school drop who has no formal training in cooking. There is more to cooking than melting cheese on top of tomato sauce. All Pizzeria should have to follow some cleanliness standard. I think that five reports or more to the health dept. about diarrhea should shut a place down.

One of the finest pizzeria around. Very good pizza. They're professionals that know how to cook well. Always check the common reviews (urbanspoon-Boorah) before trying somewhere new. If the rating are low stay away.
