The food is better than excellent, the service makes you want to tip 20%! The restuarant itself is located inside of an older building in Wausau, and the atmosphere is incredible. Try the Cosmopolitan (a specialty there) at the Bar before dinner...and if you are going on the weekend, plan to wait a bit for a table. The Chef at the Peking takes alot of pride in what he serves.. 5 STARS for sure! less

Living only 1 block from the 3rd Ave Cafe, I have eaten there quite a few times...
