The food here is fine, but the service is not.
I ate here about a dozen times, putting up with the highly-variable
service because several in our group especially liked the food,
and so were willing to tolerate the sometimes-abysmal service.
On our last visit, though, the arrogance and poor customer service
attitude just spiralled out of control. It started simply enough:
something on their menu was poorly described. I ordered it, and
when it arrived I realized it was not what I'd wanted. I politely
and pleasantly pointed out the discrepency and asked for a different
dish, only to have the server call the manager over to argue with
me. When I (politely) held my ground, the manager raised his voice,
leaned over me, and tried to intimidate me.
Having a mistake on your menu is one thing; attacking the customer
who finds it, instead of simply correcting the error, is quite
another. They lost my business that day. I, and the people I lunch
with, have not been back since.
With so many other options for Chinese food in and around Rohnert
Park, there is no need to put up with the poor service provided
here.

Good food and service, but sometimes overpriced for what you
get. The awesome blossom is tasty if greasy, soups on the salty
side but still good, most entrees satisfying and in decently-sized
portions. Drinks are overpriced and not very good; order your
margaritas etc. elsewhere. Always seems to be noisy and crowded-feeling,
even when they're not actually that busy.

Sandwiches are good, but watch as they prepare them to make sure
what you get is what you ordered. Best to get your order to go; it's
not a particularly enjoyable place to eat. Quality and quantity
seems to vary, probably related to the high turnover in places
like this. Worth a stop if you want a quick sandwich at a reasonable
price.

Good Chinese food, with service that varies wildly. The staff
sometimes can't be bothered to wait on you, while at other
times they are courteous and efficient. This does not seem related
to how busy they are or how many staff they have on duty, and the
same individuals give good service one time and lousy service
another. Frankly the busboys provide better service than the
servers; ask them if you need a refill. Better yet, get takeout
so it's not an issue.
Potstickers and eggrolls used to be terrific, but now are unreliable.
Most entrees are good, with accurate assessments of spiciness
in the menu descriptions, and they're usually willing to
modify a dish slightly (for example, braise the tofu) if you ask.
There is a bar but I've only seen a customer there once.

Best pizza anywhere -- go for the deep dish sourdough. These are
seriously weighty pizzas, with lots of toppings on -- there is
no way you will leave hungry. The pizzas are placed on pedastals
with candles in the base to keep them warm, and the server will
put your first slice on the plate for you. The salads are merely
okay, and come on plates that are too small, but you can transfer
your salad to the larger pizza plate at your place, which is just
the right size. The staff will cheerfully bring you another plate
for your pizza. If you're eating in, get the garlic bread,
salad, and a glass of wine, and your life will be complete.
This building used to be a brothel, and if you wander down the hall
you can see the doors where the ladies must have entertained.
It's said the ladies used to put themselves on view in the
windows, to attract customers.
A block away is the Petaluma River, with its authentic, not-gussied-up,
not-plasticized, waterfront. Stroll onto the pedestrian bridge,
at least, for a quiet romantic chat with your companion.
