A wonderful place to go for a romantic dinner. The view can't be matched, the food was good and the champagne brunch was excellent as well. I'd go back for sure.

The steak was cooked perfectly and the green salad was fresh and crisp with good tasting dressing to go with it. The wait staff was friendly and the ambiance was casual, cool, California beach style. One of the few decent restaurants in Salinas. Avoid going for lunch if you don't like noisey cramped ambiance. Dinner is a good time to go for a relaxing meal. Food is good, decent wine list.

This restaurant is a nice place to take your mom, aunt and anyone who is a Steinbeck fan. Friendly service, wonderful produce and good food. The house is a piece of history.

What yummy donuts!!! When you're in the mood for a good donut, this is the place to go. I loved the coffee (i like it weak) :)

Ok, so i like the pancakes!!! Service is usually slow, but now and then i gotta have their pancakes!! Not a gourmet place to eat but the name speaks for itself.
