The pub in front is quaint and the restaurant in back is quite nice. Prices reflect that. less

The atmosphere is all about a small kitchen serving famous food. Personally, I don't care much for pulled pork so that didn't appeal to me. My chicken was undercooked, the hush-puppies were stale, and the service was very slow. All in a dark, dirty setting. To those who love it, I apologize, but I'm on the hate it side. less

The building is older than the nearby Shoney's but is generally well kept and clean. The breakfast menu is typical but lunch and dinner entrees are rather greasy - I suspect the kitchen is primarily a large grill. Service can be spotty. It's easy to find, however, easy to get in and out of, and has plenty of parking. It's a handy place to meet people. less

Prices are a little higher than breakfast elsewhere, but unless you are a very big eater, you'll have leftovers. The homestyle potatos are an aquired taste (not mine, unfortunately). Overall, I'd say the food is a notch above most. less

If you want a quick bite on game night it will suffice, but I'd recommend Satisfactions across the street instead. less
