I USED to use this location all the time. Until two orders in three days
were incorrect.
I've been ordering my pizza the same exact way for many years. When
my last order arrived and one of the 3 toppings was not on it, I did my best
to simply try and eat it. However after one slice I just couldn't
take the black olives and onions without the pepperoni. It's only
THREE toppings, I'm not asking you to create an 18-topping super
pizza.
After I looked at the receipt and found I hadn't been charged for
the missing item, I called the store to order another pizza for pick-up.
NOT to ask for ANYTHING for free or a discount or anything else, period.
When I advised the order taker of the reason for my call, I explained
the situation - again, I'll pay my own way mistakes happen, I used
them after they screwed up last time right? (Same person took that order
too). I was immediately met with ignorance, excuses, and attitude.
I was told that she had repeated the order back to me - she has such what
sounded to me like an eastern-European accent, that I could have missed
it when she read the order to me. I even gave her the benefit of the doubt
until I received more attitude and I explained that while she may deal
with many orders in one day, I know how I order my pizza and what toppings
I order. She pulled up my account and right there it was clearly shown
that I have never ordered a pizza with white sauce that did not have pepperoni
on it, EVER.
At that point I was simply done - I had not asked for nor expected anything
but to have my order correct, was fully intending to throw the bad pizza
out and come and pay MORE MONEY for another pizza. Alas, the attitude
I received killed that deal. Had to end the call before I blew up.
My wife called the store and asked for the manager, the order taker claimed
she was the manager. My wife asked for the owners name and the "Manager"
gave her Alex Kurtex and said he was unavailable.
Uh, Ms. Manager - your Registered Agent according to the Secretary
of State is Aleksander Kurtser not Kurtex.
Mr. Kurtser, I will do you the courtesy of not posting your addresses
or phone numbers (business, home, and cell) in this review. I do however
look forward to speaking with you about this matter. You may seriously
want to entertain the idea of some type of customer service training
with your "Management" staff or ANY employees who deal
with the public. I sincerely hope that your location does well in the
current economic times with someone like her dealing with your customers.
From this point forward I will bid goodbye to Pudge Bros and will happily
spend extra to have my pizza delivered from ANTHONY'S 303-368-4279.
Thank you, Dear Reader for taking the time to travel all the way through
this rant but the doorbell just rang and my Anthony's Pizza has
arrived. Arrivederci
