An absoulte MUST VISIT!!! Don't let the appearance fool
you! I tell my friends that this is somewhere you probably wouldn't
go unless someone took you (due to the appearance), but you don't
know what you're missing! The restaurant is very small (only
a counter and one row of tables for seating), but comfortable.
The employees are generally young, but friendly. Pretty quick
as well (as long as they're not tied down with the frequent
carry-outs).
The food is amazing! Portions are huge! Don't expect to be
able to eat an entire Tostada, Mile High Nachos (nearly a mile
high), or mexican salad. The nachos are fried in the store. Beef
is cooked (from raw) and seasoned very well in the store as well.
All ingredients are fresh and plentiful! You may eat 4 burritos
at Taco Bell, you will eat 1 at Nino Taco...with a fork. All in all...it's
a fun place to be and the food can't be beat. They pile on all
ingredients, including the meat. Only thing missing is a beer/wine
license!

Everyone seems to say they have the best cheesesteaks, but give
no reason, so here it is:
They are absolutely enormous! Literally, to make the cheesesteak,
a roll is put in the container and massive amounts of meat (from
an even more massive pile on the grill) are piled onto the roll
to fill the container! The amount of meat that falls off the roll
when you pick it up for the first time is enough to make an average
sized cheesesteak.
Now, keep in mind that while the cheesesteak is ungodly huge,
it is by far the best in baltimore, merely the biggest. The meat
is not of particularly great quality, there is quite a bit of fat
on it. On a trip to Captain Harvey's with a few people, all
the guys loved it (due to the size), the women all did not (due to
the fat on the meat). While it is the biggest I've had, it is
not the best (the reason for only 3 stars...sorry guys)
Overall though, I recommend the place! The cheesesteaks (while
not the best) are something to behold. The rest of the food is pretty
much typical of a sub shop, no better, no worse.

First I will cover the obvious...the women (most of them at least)
are absolutely gorgeous! Seeing them in their tiny little uniform
is more than worth the trip. They are very flirtatious in their
endeavours to increase their tip, but this is quite enjoyable
and welcomed.
Now onto the food. It's ok. Just that and nothing more. The
wings are actually whole wings, not the halves that people are
used to getting in most restaurants. I do not particularly like
this, they're too big for me and the half that you don't
normally get really doesn't have any meat on it. They also
come breaded by default, which I don't enjoy. The sauce is
very good though, just the right spice! The rest of the food on
their rather limited menu is nearly the same. I do like the quesadillas,
but again, they are pretty average, nothing to write home about.
If you are a guy...definately go! The girls are great and the food
is fine. If you don't care about the girls, there are much
better places to eat!

Sab's is a little Italy and Baltimore staple. I have not ever
run into anyone who has not been to or did not like it there. The
atmosphere is fairly old-fashioned and the somewhat cramped.
If you do not like being close to people, do not go there! Get past
this though, and it is quite an enjoyable experience.
The waitresses are mostly older women who have been there for
a long time. Their antics (if you get the right one) are quite amuzing.
They definately add to the atmosphere. The food is traditional
italian served in large portions. Salads are large as well. The
house dressing is very thick (probably very fattening), but
very good. It used to be better before they began bottling it for
sale in supermarkets, but still remains worth a try. The italian
egg drop soup is amazing, but be careful, it WILL fill you up quickly!
Pasta is always cooked to the less-done side of al dente. Seafood
is fresh and enjoyable. Not a great place to impress, but a great
place to eat, at least once!

here is outstanding. This may be because I drench it all in Adams'
absolutely delicious barbecue sauce, but nonetheless, it is
very good! The ribs melt in your mouth and need no knife to cut them.
Personally, I prefer the bacon-wrapped BBQ shrimp. They are
fairly decent sized shrimp with some type of very yummy bacon
wrapped around them drenched (of course) in the BBQ sauce. Two
skewers of them (normally what's served) is enough for a
meal, especially with their appetizers! The onion loaf is great!
I think it is even better then the bloomin' onion you get at
Outback! And once again...dip it in the BBQ sauce!
The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, wear whatever you want,
but it may get messy! Try their cinnamon ice cream, when in stock,
it's quite good, especially over apple pie!

Service: Depending on the waiter, normally very attentive and
polite. I visited there once with concerns about food ingredients
(due to a problem I was having at the time) and the waiter was very
willing to help find foods which would be ok for me.
Atmosphere: casual but nice. Blue jeans would not be out of place,
and neither would a suit. There is a bar, but it is kept separate
from the rest of the restaurant. While visible from all places
in the restaurant, it won't ruin anything if you don't
like bars.
Food: Exceptional. I have yet to find anywhere else with the same
type and quality of food as copelands! The biscuits are served
usually fresh out of the oven dripping with melted butter. They
put KFC's biscuits to shame! The jambalaya (I prefer it with
pasta) is spiced to perfection, as are all of the entrees. The
only bad thing is deciding what you want to order. Everything
is delicious and there are lots of options. The chocolate cup-cake
dessert, covered in fudge, caramel, and white chocolate, is
sinfully good.

An Annapolis Institution! An absolute MUST VISIT! The menu is HUGE
and th selection endless, but the reason to come is certainly not
just the food! "Regulars" can be seen every morning
(including former Maryland Governor Mandel) talking it up with
the owner (Ted) and whoever else is around. Every sandwich, omlet,
or salad with a name is named for someone who has actually visited
the delly multiple times (with the exception of the president
and vice pres. of the US). Pictures are everywhere and show just
how many people have enjoyed the restaurant over the years! Newspaper
articles are written pretty much weekly on Chick and Ruth's!
If you are anti-social, this may not be the place to go, unless
you are willing to change that! It is very crowded all the time
and the owner will come to everyone to talk about whatever is going
on at the time and amuse the family with magic tricks. Come with
a group for the best tricks! Be sure not to miss the Plege to the
flag said Every morning. It has been aired on Good Morning America
and the Today Show, just to name a few!

The location could not be better just a few steps from the annapolis
city dock and in the middle of everything. Wait staff are very
friendly. Food is great. Highly recommended: Crab dip (very
possibly the best in annapolis), and Chicken Diablo (penne noodles
with chicken in a teriyaki cream sauce with garnish of tomato
and fresh parmesean). Flourless chocolate cake is sinfully
delicious! Have it warmed to melt the center into a gooey chocolate
dream

They do have a regular, cafe style menu of soups, salads, and sandwiches.
The crab soup in a bread bowl is very good. They also have italian
pastries. Definately try the cannoli! Very friendly staff every

what you would expect from Phillips! Lobster is very similar

Only saving grace is location and view. Phillips Annapolis is
