the Arapahoe Cafe and Pub is a great local choice for lunches and
dinner. the quaint dining room is on street level and is very cozy
to eat when the weather doesn't cooperate, but like the previous
reviewer stated the outdoor patio has gorgeous views and not
to be missed during a sunny afternoon.

the downstairs entrance located around the back side of the building
is the late night pub, that is very casual. the pub offers drink
specials as well as a lighter fare bar menu. every week they have
a taco night with $1. tacos, and the service and staff are just
as nice as they are upstairs.

the restaurant serves fine foods such as; Prime Rib and Filet
Mignon, as well as other options like Chicken and Seafood. when
i was there i thought the ambience could've been better,
as they have very little privacy be'twn each table. im giving
the Snake River 3 stars as i thought my food was very good, but the
noise level from waitstaff clanging plates, and just simply
loud conversation was annoying. next time i'll find another
restaurant with a 'lil more atmosphere when i want to spend
that kinda $$.

her business and the bar/restaurant opened again under new management
and a new name.. it was called: Lake Dillon Pub and Grill.

i have no idea what happened with the new owners, but while they
were there they offered the same kind of bar food; burgers, hot
sandwiches, fried mushrooms, zucch's, etc. they also
lined up live entertainment almost every night of the week.
<br>
the bar/restaurant now sits vacant in the town of Dillon seeking
new owners to re-liven this once awesome local hang-out.. (((((((Alice's)))))))

the food served is mostly Italian, but i believe they also include
steaks and seafood on their menu. the waitstaff seems very attentive,
as they never look very crowded.

the parking is another story for this location. the parking for
the Keystone Lodge is across Hwy. 6 and there is a underground
tunnel that you have to use to get to the front door of the hotel.
there are Valets for Valet parking at the front door of the hotel
if mobility/or other issues prevent you from using the tunnel.

their Holy Moly Bacon Guacamole Burger is not to be missed. they
come with (obviously) a grilled burger pattie with slices of
bacon, lettuce, tomatoe, purple bermuda onion and a generous
dollop of a yummy somewhat spicy guacamole all on a sesame seed
bun. the Holy Moly Bacon Guac. sandwich is also available with
grilled chicken for those that prefer chicken.

this is my favorite fast food restaurant and i swear they are so
fast! every time i have to wait even for just 30 seconds the staff
informs me that it'll be 60 seconds, or whatever.. and they
apoligize for the wait. and i always thank them for their excellent
service. i am giving them 5 stars because their prices are very
consistent with other fast food chains, yet they really put together
a quality burger.

im giving Pizza on the Plaza 2 stars as they don't have great
advertising, and it aint easy to find. personally, id choose
somewhere else in Keystone's busy River Run base area b'fore
dragging the family along to a lil hole in the wall pizza joint
with okay service.

they do offer very health conscious selections, so going there
on any diet/or food restrictions is not an issue. one of my favorite
breakfasts on their menu is their vegetarian eggs benedict,
made with fresh avocado, and purple bermuda onion for a healthy
crunch. their iced tea is the raspberry Celestial seasonings
tea and is very refreshing with a meal.

overall, im giving the Sunshine Cafe 4 stars as they care about
the quality of food that comes out of their kitchen and the staff
is always helpful.

the menu offers a very distinctive style of pizza. they call them
Mountain pies and you can create your own blend of ingredients,
or go with some of the specialties that are already tried and true.
theres a yummy salad bar that can be added onto any pizza order,
and theres plenty more such as appetizers that will fill any appetite.

im giving Beau Jo's 5 stars 'cause i think there pizza
is so unique with the fat bready crust with honey for a desert that
is so yummy after a delicious pizza meal. their staff is always
accomodating, and i know they are here to stay!

frozen and 'shaker' drinks are always yummy. the menu
is just like any other Bubba Gumps in the chain, and the prices

had excellent service.

the best dish that came out of the kitchen (i thought) was a steak
with Au Pouvre sauce.. omg, id never had that, but it comes highly
recommended.

after the meal, we went upstairs for live music and dancing. it
was a blast with very lively bar-tenders and great atmosphere.
