La Bamba has unbelievable, homemade dinners. The menu is mainly
consists of Mexican entrees followed by about 10 Spanish dishes.
Upon arrival, La Bamba starts there guests out with warm chips
and fresh salsa. I always liked to restaurants that give you something
to munch on prior to dinner. Next came drinks - La Bamba has a great
deal on Monday night with margaritas by the way - I ordered the
Sangria. It is a fruity wine that goes great with the food in the
restaurant. Being a regular, my favorite entrees are the chicken
enchiladas and the Pollo la Plancha. The Pollo la Plancha is a
marinated breast of chichen covered with sauteed onions and
accompanied by white rice, black beans, and plantains. Everything
was fabulous, as always.
