Quality has been diluted (to a 3 from 5 stars) ever since they moved out to this location. Still an adequate burger & fries if you're in the area but not worth a special trip unless you're using your Express Card or Entertainment Card discount.

Parking is a little difficult because there's only street parking by the restaurant and there are many competing businesses. It will be even more difficult when the Public Health office moves in to it's new location almost next door! However, there is a parking garage about 2 blocks away and a lot (that's often full) only one block away. It's worth the walk, though! less

I think previous reviewer's price range includes total cost for dinner, as opposed to avg. entree... Overall quality is good. The atmosphere might be a little dark for some people, cozy for others. The won-ton soup is highly recommended.

Best Chinese food at reasonable prices in Santa Rosa. Get there early while they still have sea scallops and you're in for a treat. Exceptional S&S Pork. Very consistent, decent service, and always on the Express Card!
