I can understand the 'theme' of this chain-restaurant and enjoy it's originality. But after going once to this place, why ever return? The ribs are not very good, the seafood isn't much better and their fries are usually cold and wet. They save themselves with their big burgers, great location on the boat slip and fun music playing daily. I stop by once in a while to have some drinks with the rune and crazy crowds that are the norm. I just don't want to eat here anymore. less

The service was perfect (even better than that even). It always felt like we were alone until someone mentioned thay needed something, then out popped our server like he has rabbit ears and heard our call for help. The food was very tasty, they use only fresh mint in their dishes and it shows. The decor is just beautiful and if you can, venture upstairs to see the dining room there. less

I enjo ... more Tutto Bene is one of those restaurants on the outskirts of "Little Italy" that serves up traditional Italian dishes. They all taste good, but not great. I have eaten here for the past five years mostly because of its local proximity to UIC. I enjoy the service the most. Always friendly and never too far away. The owner often seats his patrons, starting pleasant conversations and continuing them throughout the night. They offer a free buffet during happy-hour and parking is very easy. less

Nothing can compete with the family-sytle decor and the crowded and noisy bar/lounge. Whenever a tourist comes to this city for ribs, they must go straight to Twin Anchors.
