As far as food goes, Casa Bonita is not good. All the cheese is velveeta type cheese. The green chile is not green chile (it's like green chile, but not). To put it bluntly, their food reminds me of the "bad food" days in elementary school. Overall I would rate their food one star (be aware that I'm picky about mexican food). However, their sopapillas are good. The atmosphere balances out the scale. Casa Bonita is unlike any restaurant I have ever been in. You can eat in any of a number of wonderful theme dining areas. The mine, banquet hall, mexican plaza, cavern, and more. And inside the restaurant is a waterfall/cliff with cliff divers. It is an experience not to be missed that rates five stars in my book. My advice: go to Casa Bonita, be aware that the food is not the greatest and load up on salad and tortillas and save plenty of room for sopapillas, and after your meal be sure to get up and walk around and enjoy the star of the Casa Bonita, Casa Bonita itself. less

The delicious signature entrees share that same blend. A typical diner comprises of salad, home made muffins, rolls, and flat breads, followed by the entree. A tasty appetizer may be added for those with large appetites. The entrees themselves are delicious. The buffalo filet is not to be missed. Also available is elk, ostrich, and beef. And those who have developed the taste for it can order Rocky Mountain Oysters. There is one vegetarian entree on the menu that looks pretty good, by I haven't managed to work my way around to it yet. Great food, great atmosphere, great location, great view, great service. I highly recommend The Fort. less

The dining room may be a little dark, and the small sports bar near the entrance may be a bit of a distraction, but I recommend Poppy's if you want a better than average meal at an affordable price. less

This is how Beni Hana's should be. Your food is cooked to perfection right at your table. And the atmosphere and decor are outstanding. And after diner you can take a relaxing walk through the japanese garden behind the restaurant.

The majority of the entrees on their menu are vegetarian, and there are even a small number of vegan entrees. If you're put off by vegetarian food, don't let that keep you away from The Harvest. Most of the entrees are full of flavor (though I honestly wouldn't recommend the burritos). And meat can be added to many of the entrees. Try the scrambled tofu or the basque pie. less
