| Antares Atop Reunion Tower | Dallas, TX | |

The view was great, of course. But, I thought we'd be served bad
food at extreme prices. Not the case. We went for lunch and were
very pleased with the experience. Don't be afraid!

| Acadiana Cafe of San Antonio | San Antonio, TX | |
|
The foods OK--not really very Cajun--as the name might suggest. All the same,
this is a good place for families. Big, open atmosphere, kids menus, etc.
Just don't expect to get real cajun.

| Chester's Hamburger Co | San Antonio, TX | |
|
Chester's might be the best burger joint in town. Any of the locations are
good. 1/2 pound burger, basket of fries, and HUGE ice tea for about 8 bucks.
Order at the counter and they call your name. Noisy atmosphere--always busy for lunch. Probably the largest selection of beer in town, too. |

| County Line Barbeque | San Antonio, TX | |
|
County Line has gone downhill over the years. Used to be the best place for
BBQ in town. GREAT atmosphere at the old 1604 location. But...now it's not
so good. My advice is to go with the chicken fried steak. It's a big portion,
and the garlic potatoes with gravy is good too. For real BBQ, try somewhere
else.
