This unknown, upstairs family-run restaurant in the heart of Chinatown deserves city-wide fame for its wonderful fresh seafood dishes. Specializing in clay-pot (cooked in covered ceramic dishes) cooking using high-quality ingredients, all of the dishes I've had using fish, scallops, squid or mussels have been top-class. Plus wonderful spicy Seafood in House Chile Sauce Chow Fun (sauteed noodles). Very Chinese -- no tourist cliche dishes, zero decor, and no compromises. Has totally displaced Yuet Lee, my former favorite inexpensive Chinese seafood house.
