The Village Grill Abbeville, SC
GREAT PLACE TO EAT! FOOD RANGES FROM PASTA TO BURGERS. NICE ATMOSPHERE, NOT TOO CROWDED MOST OF THE TIME.
Custom Pizza Co Chapin, SC
This may be the best pizza place I have ever called. If you like greasy sloppy pizza, this is NOT the place for you, but if you detest the thought of drippy pizza, try Customs. Their prices are great, and they deliver!
Dixie Drive In Greenwood, SC
Best down home hamburgers you have ever eaten. Close to college campus, so expect a lunch crowed. Diner style, couter tops and stools. Friendly and fast, a must if you are in town.
La Hacienda Mexican Restaurant Greenwood, SC
THIS IS NOT TEX MEX!! This is the real deal. Great Mexican food, but most of the staff dosen't speak English. Fish Bowl Margritas are wonderful. Expect hot salsa on your table, and a friendly staff that will keep your glass full.
Sports Break Greenwood, SC
Price depends on bar tab. Open for lunch, serves the Mrs Maggie Meat and 3. Large screen TV's and pool tables. More of a bar atmosphere at night, near local college. Great food prices, drink prices are a little high. Pool tables are rented.
Sweet Pea's Greenwood, SC
Down Home Cooking at its finest, and fastest. Choose from the daily list of meats and veggies to suit your taste buds. Large lunch crowd, but tables move fast. Eat in or order out. Also have a menu of salads and sandwiches that are quite good as well. In house ice cream bar, and a daily desert choice avaliable.
Eighty-Two Queen Charleston, SC
In the heart of historic Charleston, perhaps the best Seafood in the city limits. Fresh catch always wonderful. Night scene is a little dressy. Seating is limited, but reservations are accepected.
Noisy Oyster Charleston, SC
Great food, even better atmosphere. Fun place to take friends for a night of laughs. Menu is decorated with delicious Charleston Seafoods. Crowd is a good mix of locals and tourist. Dress is casual.
Sticky Fingers Restaurant Charleston, SC
WONDERFUL RIBS! A little loud, but very fun. Menu has a good mix of foods to please everyone. Service is good. Dress is casual.
T-Bonz Gill & Grill Charleston, SC
Good food, great drinks too. Service can be a little slow, but only becasue they stay packed. Expect a wait of up to an hour during the weekends and tourist seasons. The location is right in the Market, so spend you wait shopping, it will be worth it. Oh and look for my dollar bill, its by the first window!
Wild Wing Cafe Charleston, SC
WINGS WINGS AND MORE WINGS! Very noisy, sometimes even live music, but oh man are the wings worth it. Sampler platters will allow you to pick 5 different types of wings to try them out. Guarentee they have the worlds hottest wings! Prepare to wait if you go during tourist season or on the weekend. Local colleges plus the Market make this location very busy.
D L Mc Laughlin's Irmo, SC
Wonderful sandwiches. I prefer the French Dip, but there are plenty to choose from. Small restraunt, but good service. You can call in to go orders if you prefer to eat at home.
Hemingway's Saloon Irmo, SC
The college-aged crowed will be found here at night enjoying live music, finger foods, and good beer prices. There are a few pool tables in the back, and several tv's suspended from the ceiling. Some nights it is elbo to elbo, others it is rather quiet. Food is good, but not why people go there.
Steve's Deli Irmo, SC
Steves has been around for a long time! Their specality is deli style sub sandwiches. Choose from about 20 different combinations, or invent your own. Also has a grill menu with great checken fingers. a few pin ball machines, limited seating. Large lunch crowed, but mostly carry out. Casual dress, afterschool hangout.
Maurice's Piggy Park Irmo, SC
Great Barbque, very large portions. Choose from big joe or little joe, big pig or little pig style dinners. Big dinners are almost enough to feed 2 people. Wonderful chocolate milkshakes! Large dining room. Fairly quiet.
Fat Boy West Columbia, SC
Not exactly what I expected, but still a good place to eat. Hamburgers are good, onion rings smell better than they tasts. Their milkshakes are great though. Small dining room.
Millender's Bar-B-Que Place West Columbia, SC
Great Barbque, but a little dingy dining. Buffett style, lots to choose from. Glasses kept full and friendly service.
Milano's Family Restaurant White Rock, SC
Perhaps the best restraunt within 50 miles. A mixture of Italian, Greek, and wonderful cuts of steak. A little seafood, and the best French Onion soup. VERY YOUNG wait staff, but they get the job done most of the time. Owner always on site, and bakes their huge, famous cakes himself daily. Fair size dining room, reservations not needed. Casual dress.
Russell's Seafood Grill Murrells Inlet, SC
I honestly expected better seafood being right there on an inlet to the atlantic ocean. Service was so-so, but the food was nothing to write home about. I was a victim of location.
Admiral's Flagship Restaurant Murrells Inlet, SC
Great Seafood, always taste fresh. A little noisy but only becasue they are busy. Large parties should make reservations. Tourist attraction, discount coupons all over town attract out of towners. Approiate for children, casual dress.
