I was impressed overall by the Fontainbleau Diner. Although I had to wait 15 minutes for a table, the service was pretty good - I got my meal in 15 minutes, and the waiter looked good too! (I gave him a nice tip :-)!
Fontainbleau is a family diner and is open until late night - usually until around 1am or so. The cuisine is American, the crowd is normal, and this is a great place to take a date, or a few friends - fairway golf center is just down the street, as are the bowling alley, the movie theatre, and other fine attractions that Piscataway has to offer! I hope you enjoy the experience just as much as I did - and if you're lucky - maybe you'll get my waiter!!!
