The decor was lovely. Lighting was dim throughout the place, but at the table it was glaring. We were seated next to the kitchen...why is there a table there? What a terrible place to seat a body. The salad with bluecheese crumbles was VERY good. The steak was over-cooked and not trimmed well. I had to cut off several pieces (4-6) of sinewy inedible chunks. The sauce on the steak was gritty, like they didn't cook down the flour or whatever they used in it...it should have been light and creamy, but it was heavy and gritty and had almost no taste. My girlfriend and I ate at Lonestar the day before and that steak was worlds better than the one at mcgills.

My girlfriend and I have been here many times. The service is always top-notch. The food is always delicious with some great combos available. I had a steak and grilled shrimp combo...shrimp had drawn butter to dip in, steak was cooked perfectly and tender and nicely seasoned. Girlfriend polished off her grilled salmon and vegetables (cooked an awesome crisp-tender). finished it off with a beer (could have been colder). A VERY GOOD meal.

This is one of the nicer restaraunts in the Tulsa area.
A very wide selection of surf and turf items and some wonderful specials...
We tried the escargot and some marinaded shrimp as an appetizer...both were very good...the shrimp (a special item for the night) was actually surprisingly good. I wasn't expecting so much flavor and it was quite good.
The bread was very good as well.
The entrees were excellent! Shrimp scampi wonderful. And the blackened lobster tail with a crawfish ettu fe (sp?) was a tender, perfectly cooked, treat. The only disappointment was probably the vegetables accompanying the dinners, ...it tasted like there was no thought given to these at all. A few herbs, some freshly ground pepper and a squeeze of lemon would have perked them right up.
Desserts and the coffee were excellent.
The waitstaff was great if a bit inexperienced.
All-in-all, a great place for dining in Tulsa. You would be hard pressed to find a better atmosphere and dining experience in our fair city!

One of my favorite restaraunts... The Spinache/Artichoke Dip is just awesome, ...my daughter kind of made a face at the name, but after she tasted it she was like hogging the whole thing, ... The service is always great... I highly recommend this one

My coworkers get food from this place often... I have only tried the brisket sandwich... (my coworkers favorites) but it leaves something to be desired.
Hopefully I can try the ribs or something next time to give a better, more rounded evaluation.

Wonderful Hot Wings!!! served in a variety of styles... bbq, mild, hot, nitro... I get them to go!!!

Over-all a good place to eat. The service was good and the food was good as well. As far as steak places this one is right below Lone-Star.

Too pricey and small portions. Over-all taste is pretty good though. A better choice is Elmers or El Paso BBQ Good sauces though.

Good food/great service. Not as good as Goldie's, but a local favorite that is good in its own right. If you haven't eaten there, you need to at least try it once. It is like a Tulsa tradition.

This is a delivery service in the Tulsa area. When you want dinner delivered and you are tired of Pizza, give them a call. They deliver hot and fast from a few local restaraunts. It will NOT be cheap, but it is a nice extravegence once in a while. Look for their flyers at local businesses. Again, they do not cook anything they just deliver from good local restaraunts. Over-all a very nice service.

I don't know where those other reviewers were eating, but you cannot eat at Rex's for less than $5. Over-all they have a good product, it is just over-priced and very small portions. They are a definate change of pace if you want something different. But too high priced to be called fast-food and too plain to be a nice restaraunt.
Their biggest strength lies in their products appeal to kids. They are all boneless chicken bites that kids love.

Great atmosphere, good selection and much more flavorful than Olive Garden. Not as good as the nicer Italian places, more of a mass market chain restaraunt. Portions are nice sized and the service was great when I went. The summary would be... Average mass-market chain place. Over-priced for what you get, but the atmosphere and service make it better than most.

One of my personal favorites. I started going to this one a while back and now they have one in Tulsa as well. The service is always great! (Usually you have to stand in line during peek times) For appetizers order the spinach artichoke dip, even if this sounds scary to you, do it anyway. I ordered it and my 12 year old daughter ate almost all of it! The next best one is the loaded fries. Awesome. their entrees are equally good. One bit of advice, do NOT order the marinaded steak. It is good, but the other entrees are much better. I reccommend the prime rib or filet mignon or any of their fresh grilled fish. If you can, save room for dessert. An excellent restaraunt!

A good restaraunt with an excellent staff! My friends and I just order an appetizer each and then we all share!

too expensive for a homestyle pizza place. If you are going to spend this money you might as well go to a really good pizza place like Unos or Hideaway
