We tried this restaurant and really enjoyed the food. The atmosphere was noisy, but not bad. The food was excellent and portions were huge! (Too huge, we wasted a lot of food). The service was excellent, even though they were short-handed that evening. We will go back the next time we visit Gatlinburg.

FABULOUS! FANTASTIC!! DELICIOUS!! WONDERFUL!! We have been to Gatlinburg many times and seen this cute little place, but had not tried it. We stopped in for a cold drink in the afternoon and ended up with a piece of the gingered pear/cherry pie. It was super! HOMEMADE crust and filling. We went back for dinner and I had the chicken pot pie. It was the best I have ever eaten. My husband had a sandwich with about a pound of sliced meats and wonderful bread. We split a salad with homemade dressing. No room for dessert this time. We plan on eating at least one meal here every time we are in Gatlinburg. The owner/chef came out and talked to us and really made us feel welcome.

We tried the Pancake Pantry recently when in Gatlinburg. We had passed this restaurant many times, but there was always a BIG line waiting to get in. This time, no line and we got right in. I had the special, crepes with ricotta cheese filling and apricots. It was delicious and very rich. I could only eat about half of it. My husband had a potato, cheese, meat entree with pancakes on the side. He only gave the meal an average rating. The service was fast, friendly and excellent. Our waitress was very nice. The restaurant was decorated very well and bright and cheerful. I will go back again, but I'm not sure about my husband!

We usually go at lunch and the food and service are very good. Excellent seafood and salads. Nice atmosphere.

The food was surprisingly good! We were plesantly surprised at that the food was served hot and tasted very good, since there was such a large crowd to feed. There was too much food, and we had to take a doggie bag. The show and pre-show were very entertaining. We will go back! :-)

Very good food and show. Waitstaff was friendly and helpful. The riverboat was beautiful and we had a wonderful time. Will go again on our next trip to Branson.

The food, atmosphere and service was TERRIBLE. We did give this restaurant two tries. On both visits, our drinks were never refilled, our server did not come back to check on us, and complaints were not addressed. The first visit I was served fish that was undercooked and very tough. On the second visit I had an entree that was really, really bad (chicken bowl) and I wanted to change to something else, but our server never came back. I looked for a manager, but could not find anyone. The other order was a steak and it was not cooked correctly and was full of gristle. Great food! We have eaten here several times and never had a bad meal. Very large portions, always enough for another meal and just as good warmed over. The desserts are extra good! Good service, friendly staff and the manager has checked on us every time.

The Ramsey's in the Kroger Shopping Plaza on New Circle Road is good, but not as good as it used to be. Was not as clean as it should have been and very noisy, but the service was excellent. We had a veggie plate (just ok)and dessert (very good).

We used to eat here often, but the food is not nearly as good as it was. It went downhill when they opened the buffet several years ago. The portions are still large (too large!) and the service is good, but the food tastes more prepackaged or commercial than it used to.
