Jeff D obviously has some issues! This restaurant is set up as self service. You order and pay at the counter, they give you a number, when your order is ready they call your number. When you are finished eating there is a place for your trash and dishes. It is like Panera Bread, why can't it be? Also, the music is a complete mix of genre for everyone and seems very family friendly. I heard Gwen Steffani, followed by the Beach Boys and Aretha Franklin. I have eaten there several times since opening. The food is always good. I love that I can get breakfast anytime and even have it delivered. Their prices are fair and their menu has lots of options. The staff is laid back, but I have never been left wanting for anything. You really should ignore the up-tight guy and try them out.
