This place is kind of hit or miss... sort of like betting on the races at this dog track where this restaurant is located. I've had excellent shrimp scampi here, and then some other only mediocre dishes. give it a try if you're here to gamble anyway, but i wouldn't make a special trip of it.

My most recent dining experience here was an anniversary dinner with my wife. I should have known we were in trouble when a restaurant that specializes as a "lobster house" had an EMPTY and drained lobster tank! <br> I ordered the baked stuffed lobster, and received a dessicated, mummified baked stuffed lobster... literally the lobster meat turned to dust when you tried to get it from the shell. I suspect their tank broke, so they cooked and froze all the lobsters, this was the result. <br> Atmosphere was nice, although the strong smell of chlorine from their indoor pool permeates the restaurant, and was causing me some respiratory discomfort by the end of the meal. <br> Service was slow and not at all professional. Felt like this place was about to go under, and they were just going through the motions. <br> I haven't been back since.

This place does a really nice seafood buffet. All you can eat seafood... how can you go wrong? They offered a reasonable selection from crab legs to clams casino to shrimp cocktail. The seafood chowder was excellent. <br> Atmosphere is a little lacking, Service was excellent. attentive without being annoying. <br> There aren't a lot of dining options in Claremont, I'd definitely go here again.

This is your typical chinese buffet... lots of variety, none of it really anything to write home about. Don't get me wrong, its good... just nothing that stands out among any other chinese buffet I've ever been to. Prices were a little higher than the average chinese buffet.

Prices are very reasonable... a couple can easily dine to their fill for under $25.00 including beverage and tip! Very clean, service is prompt, beverage is always kept full (free refills on soft drinks of course) and very friendly. This is by far the best buffet in the state!

this is the classic diner. 24 hours a day, slinging hash.... gotta love it. It is incredibly cramped, and doesn't look to be the cleanest place. typical greasy spoon diner though.

Your usual all you can eat chinese buffet. Very good quality food, great price. one of my favorites in the area.

A very good variety of tex-mex foods. My personal favorite is their haddock taco... I know, it sounds weird, but it is truly unique and tasty. service has always been excellent.

Just your typical "house o pizza" nothing to write home about really, good pizza and subs.

Hey, what more do you want from a place where most of their customers have just come from a night club and order by the pictures. Not as good as Denny's perhaps, but not terrible. This particular location could be cleaner. Service is sub-standard, but I imagine the waitresses get harassed by the drunks that stumble in in the early morning so that probably effects their attitude.

Very good, reasonable prices, excellent service. a nice place to take the Mrs. out to dinner.

hey, its mcdonald's.... greasy, calorie laden, hockeypuck burgers.... what's not to like. hehe.... I have no idea why we love this stuff, must be something from childhood... comfort food...

my second favorite of the fast food joints... although they flame broil, I think they microwave too... best bet is to request your burger ROB (right off broiler).

your typical bar/grill fare... service is a bit lacking here... food is better than Applebees in my opinion. They could do better if the SERVICE were improved upon.

Now this place has FAMOUS in their name for a reason! Outstanding fried chicken and potato wedges!

I just love "carnival food" and this is what its all about... fried dough with butter and powdered sugar! What could possibly be better.

The huge portions and fresh quality seafood that made Newicks famous... you won't go wrong getting your seafood fix here.

The best clam roll in the area. heaping with hot fried clams... its a "drive in" so the service is minimal, but the food is excellent.
