| Pizza Pipeline | Coeur d Alene, ID | |
Nice authentic pizza. Very busy for good reasons. This is the only place
where I'll have vegatarian pizza, it is that good. And the lunch
specials can't be beat.

| Jimmy D's Steak & Seafood Hs | Coeur d Alene, ID | |
Coeur d Alene has many nice steak and seafood restaurants and Jimmy
D's is one of the best. They cook the best prime rib in town and the
atmosphere is great.

| Cricket's Restaurant | Coeur d Alene, ID | |
Nice combination fine dining, sports bar. Very good drink specials
and wonderful food. The chicken breasts are unbeatable.

| Tito Macaroni | Coeur d Alene, ID | |
Nice little restaurant. We especially enjoy the outside dining. The
chicken fetuccini I had was very good and the service exceptional.
| Tomato Street | Coeur d Alene, ID | |
My favorite Italian restaurant in town. Like the posts mention below
the atmosphere is different but in a good way. I guess that is why they
call it Tomato Street when it's on Appleway. By the way the manicotti
is excellent.

| Wolf Lodge Steakhouse | Coeur d Alene, ID | |
Another of the fine restaurants in the Coeur d Alene area. The views
can't be beat at most of them. The prices are comparable to other
high end restaurants. Great place to take a date. The steaks are very
moist and tender and with the way they are cooked you don't really
need much in the way of seasonings.

| Clark House | Coeur d Alene, ID | |
What a beautiful place for a fine dining experience. Great view, wonderful
ambience, and personable staff. The menu is kind of high priced but
the quality of the dining experience more than makes up for it.

| Jaker's | Boise, ID | |
Jaker's is a higher end restaurant at least if you go by the prices.
They do a pretty good job with their steaks though and when we have visited
the service was pretty good.
| China Grand Buffet | Boise, ID | |
Middling Chinese buffet. Pretty generic but worth the stop. They have
a nice variety even during lunchtime. Get there early because it can
get filled up by the lunch crowd.
| Pollo Rey Mexican Rotisserie | Boise, ID | |
Pollo Rey has some mouth watering margarita's to wash down the
tasty chicken fajita's
| Chicago Connection Pizza | Boise, ID | |
Pretty fair Chicago style deep dish pizza. The deep dish pepperoni
is good with fresh pepperone and lots of cheese. Their lasagna is tasty
and they have a nice variety of brews.
| Lindy's Steak House | Boise, ID | |
Nice steak house, one of the better in the Boise area. I usually have
the prime rib and have not been disappointed in the quality. My wife
has had the halibut and said it was moist and tender.
| Mandarin Palace | Boise, ID | |
Average Chinese restaurant. They do have some great priced lunch specials
though.
| Twin Dragon | Boise, ID | |
Twin Dragon is an above average Chinese restaurant in the Boise area.
They make some of the best Kung Pao I have ever eaten, not to hot but spicy
enough.
| Trolley House | Boise, ID | |
Trolly House is an exceptional stop if you are tired of having a bagel
or McMuffin for breakfast. Quiet atmosphere with a nice variety of
cakes, waffles, and other breakfast items.
| Angell's Bar & Grill | Boise, ID | |
Angells' has reasonably priced meals with exceptional quality.
I had grilled salmon at Angell's that was excellent. The drinks
are very strong but not overpowering.
| Big Bun Drive In | Boise, ID | |
Great old fashioned drive in. Though going out of style it is refreshing
to run across a place like this one. Frosty milkshakes, large juicy
hamburgers and real fries. And the onion rings have actual onions in
them and not the diced, mixed ones.
| Elerradero | La Grande, OR | |
Busy Mexican restaurant. Great food but not much seating. Service
can be hit and miss, can be non existant one day and the best you have ever
had the next. The colorado is mouth watering as is their deserts. They
also make one of the strongest drinks in town.
| Golden Harvest Restaurant | La Grande, OR | |
In my opinion not the best Chinese restaurant in town, not that Golden
Harvest is bad I just prefer the atmosphere of the other places. I suggest
visiting during lunch they have some great specials.
| Geiser Grand Hotel | Baker City, OR | |
Next to Haines steak house Geiser is the place to go for a fine prime rib.
The portions are kind of small for my taste but the meat is high quality
and cooked just right. Can be very busy on the weekends.
