| Mulligan's Pub & Restaurant | Manchester, VT | |
|
i first went to Mulligans when i was underage. Didn't get
served, but that didn't deter me from enjoying some outstanding
pub fare! i have since gone back with a very good fake id, and over
the past year have made a point of returning at least every other
week!

| Bangkok Thai Gourmet | Manchester, VT | |
|
i first fell in love with thai food when visiting nyc. Bangkok
Thai Gourmet is the finest thai restaurant i've found in
my home state of vermont. One warning, the peanut sauce is every
bit as hot as it should be!

| Reluctant Panther Inn & Rstrnt | Manchester, VT | |
|
My first experience at the panther was with my mom and her beau
at the time. i was 15 and truly enjoyed the great food. My best experience
there, besides sneaking around with a boyfriend on the grounds
late one night...wink wink, was my first real romantic date.
The ambiance and food were simply sublime, and while i only live
two miles away, i fear i shall never eat there often enough!

| Bagel Works | Manchester Center, VT | |
|
i grew up in a family where fruit flavored and embellished bagels
were considered sacrilidge. While i still feel that way, When
Bagel Works opened in Manchester, it was like manna from heaven!
No more frozen bagels for brunch! While there are a few bagel places
in vermont, these are by far the best, made the original way with
all the proper imbellishments.

| Garlic John's | Manchester Center, VT | |
|
For excellent italian cuisine in southern vermont, Garlic John's
is it! I've only recently been able to sample the wine list
which does nothing to detract, but enhances the wonderful food!
My personal fav is the veal parmisean. Their ministrone is to
die for, even better than mine!
