| Dante's Creative Cuisine | Great Falls, MT | |
|
Vote! This is definately one of the best restaurants in Great Falls.
What a pleasent surprise to find this place. We are in town for
the first time and went there based on the review on this website.
This restaurant is definately mis-catagorized as a Mexican
restaurant. This place has a very eclectic mix and although there are
4 or 5
Mexican inspired entrees, there are also 12 - 15 Italian, 8 - 10
Seafood as well as Steaks

lovers.

| Taco Treat | Great Falls, MT | |

Less expensive place to go and get Mexican food, but you won't
regret it. Great for it's price.

| Zimorino's Red Pies Over MT | Missoula, MT | |
|
This restaraunt is not only one of the best in Montana, but quite
possibly one of the best in this part of the country. It's a nice,
if crowded, atmosphere. very unique. and the food is amazing!
Their pizza is to dye for (I have an uncle from chicago who says
it's better than anything they have down there) and the rest of
their food is just as good. They don't take reservations, so you
usually have a wait, but it's definately worth it.

| Romeo's Italian Restaurant | Missoula, MT | |

Have yet to have something at Romeo's that I didn't like. The
service is nice and the food is delightful. Good place to go for
those looking for good food on a budget.

| Yamashiro Restaurant | Los Angeles, CA | |

Club 360 (or whatever they call that thing that’s
now where Simply Blues was) is perfectly situated for it’s view,
depending on weather and hour: south to PV & Baldwin Hills
and watch the approach of airliners into LAX; east toward downtown,
great at sunrise or sunset; north to cahuega pass, the hills and
the homes on them; west, the great view you’d expect.
This place also has a cool club on Thrudsay nights. Go for the food,
stay for the music. Much like 360, there is nothing quite like
sipping on a cocktail, listening to a good DJ and looking down
on LA.

| Genmai Sushi | Sherman Oaks, CA | |

Great selection of fish, fine
albacore sashimi, very fresh Santa Barbara Uni, my friend had
a full vegitarian dinner with Humus Qusadilla, brown rice, etc.
Very fine experience.

| Sambi Restaurant-Tokyo | Downey, CA | |

Delicious. A connosieur may
find the food too Westernized, but for those who aren't picky,
this is an excellent locale. A comfortable atmosphere with pleasant
live piano music ad the tunes of a waterfall. Gracious staff.

| Shogun Sushi | Northridge, CA | |
|
Entrees and combinations are priced up to $10.95. Lunch combination
bento boxes are generally around $6.95.
Portions are good sized.
The one fault I have is that service can be a bit slow. The food is
very good by almost anyone's standards. Being Japanese American
myself, I am extremely picky about how sushi and other Japanese
dishes are prepared. Few Japanese restaurants make even 4 stars
with me - much less, five. This one comes very close to 4 stars.
This is a very good place, which I personally rate as being a small
step down from Kabuki Sushi - located a few blocks south of this
restaurant.

| Teru Sushi | Studio City, CA | |
|
When you are in the San Fernando Valley, your top three sushi
places are Kabuki in Northridge, Mako Sushi in Van Nuys, and this
restaurant. Tuna Tataki (sashimi in lemon slices and shoyu sauce)
is excellent, as are all sushi varieties available there. Soft
shell crab sushi is particularly good at Teru Sushi, as are non-sushi
Japanese dishes like tempura and teriyaki.

| Sushi-Gen | Los Angeles, CA | |
|
The fish is always
fresh and there is a large variety of sushi to choose from. The
service is outstanding. We drive 54 miles round trip from San
Dimas and it is worth it. Prior to eating at Sushi Gen, we ate at
neighborhood sushi bars and there is no comparison in the quality
of the sushi. Only traditional sushi is prepared and none of the
wierd concoctions that some restaurants serve.

| Asakuma | Los Angeles, CA | |
|
The Food is delicate, Japanese entrees are delivered with flair
thanks to fancy plating and some unexpected touches. A palm-sized,
buttery, black cod filet, glimmering with a slightly sweet soy
sauce marinade, melts in your mouth. Other sushi selections
are also consistently first-rate.

| Mako Sushi | Sherman Oaks, CA | |
|
Extremely good and authentic, small sushi bar restaurant in
a small strip mall next to a McDonald's on Ventura Blvd.
Parking is almost non-existent, so you may have to park on the
boulevard, or on a side street and walk a short distance. It's
worth it, as this is probably the best sushi on Ventura Boulevard
- with Sushi Bizen running a close second.
|
||
| Sushi Dake | Burbank, CA | |
|
If you want fresh food at reasonable prices. It's
in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of free parking. There's
also a great variety to their menu. What really impressed me was
the immacculate presentation and taste. I've added Sushi Dake
to my list of favorite restaurants.

| Hana-Ichimonme | Los Angeles, CA | |
|
They have combo plates for people who cannot decide on noodles
or rice. Personally, I enjoy the Ramen and fried rice combo.
They also have beautifully decorated dessert and drinks available.
I recommend the yogurt drink or melon soda with some dessert to
complete the meal.
