Nice hometown atmosphere with good food. The ribeye I had once
was good, but could've had more flavor. The Prime Rib I had was
excellent. Nice salad bar. Cheap drinks. Overall nice place
to go to get out of Madison.

| Delaney's Charcoal Steaks | Madison, WI | |
|
Typical supper club type atmosphere in the city of Madison. Good
steaks, which they are most known for. Overall a nice place to
go to get away from all the commericial places.

| Angelic Brewing Co | Madison, WI | |
|
Excellent food. Good chicken wings and sandwiches. The beer
is good, but for my tastes I prefer the Great Dane. Overall a good
place to have a beer and a sandwich.

| Irish Waters | Madison, WI | |
|
Met a friend there this weekend. Interesting place themed for
an Irish Pub. Excellent food with a nice variety on the menu. If
you're in the mood for Irish-type food, try it out.

| Fat Jack's Barbecue | Madison, WI | |
|
Just go there for ribs! Some of the best ribs in Madison. Atmosphere
is very nice, and I like frequenting the local owner's establishments
over the chain places. They have a good menu here and I'd recommend
the ribs and I have to go back myself to try some other entrees.

| Ella's Kosher Deli & Ice Cream | Madison, WI | |
|
The State St. is closed. But go to the East Washington location
for a fun time, especailly for the kids. The food is good, but a
bit overpriced in my opinion. Take the kids there for a treat and
ride on the carousel. The ice cream is excellent.

| Taqueria Gila Monster | Madison, WI | |
|
This mexican restaurant is closed.
Which is too bad, it had great food, especially for lunch. |
||
| Restaurant Magnus | Madison, WI | |
|
For an exquisite night out, try this restaurant. Excellent service
and gourmet food. The atmosphere is very nice and I'd highly recomment
the swordfish as well as any other seafood there. For a fancy night
out, I prefer the Magnus over other downtown restaurants.

| Tumbleweed Mexican Restaurant | Madison, WI | |
|
The Tumbleweed has a nice authentic type atmosphere. I did not
care for the food myself. Most dishes had Tex-Mex type seasoning
which was a little too overpowering. If your if for spicier type
seasoning try out the Tumbleweed.

| Best Burger On Campus | Madison, WI | |
|
Good sandwiches, have changed the atmosphere and menu a bit.
But the burgers are still good.

||
| Carlos O'Kelly's Mexican Cafe | Madison, WI | |

Anything from $5-15. Decent Mexican. Try it you might like it
more than me. Quite spicy overall.

|
Nice place on State St, and very good food. One of the best for Mexican
in MSN.

| Chang Jiang | Madison, WI | |
|
Great chinese, especially for carryout. Only place in MSN I like
better is Happy Wok.
|
||
| China One-West | Madison, WI | |
|
Great food, the only thing keeping it from a 5 is the price. $9 to
$10 for a buffet, a little pricy, but the food is good.

| Dotty Dumplings Dowry | Madison, WI | |
|
Great sandwiches, neat atmosphere. Go there before the Arts
District tries to take over.
|
||
| Dry Bean | Madison, WI | |

Not known for their dinners, but try them out. Big portions on
a big menu.
|
||

Great ribs and chicken and corn muffins and potatoes and beans.
Neat atmosphere too. Try it out for a casual dinner.

Pretty good Italian. Nice place on State St. if you are in that
mood. Lots on the menu
|

Fun experience and a pretty good Japanese eatery in comparison
with others I've been to. Nice for a special occasion.
