| Pleasantville Inn Historic | Oley, PA | |
|
The Pleasantville in is a small place out in the middle of nowhere,
although it lies along Rt 73. If you're not from the local
area, chances are you'll never have seen/noticed it. The
food isn't bad, and the service is ok, but the atmosphere
could use a little work. If you're looking for an out of the
way place to eat, you should head here.

| Schell's Foods | Temple, PA | |
|
This is a pretty good place to eat, becase it has the best mini-golf
course anywhere right behind it. The food is decent, and it's
pretty fast, and the prices are low. You can't really go wrong.

| Castle Diner | Fleetwood, PA | |
|
I don't know why anyone would eat at this place, other than
the fact that it's right on two main roads. It's fare
isn't all that great even for diner quality, and the atmosphere
is just blah. You can get better food across the way at the Sheetz
gas station.

| Stokesay Castle | Reading, PA | |
|
This restaurant is raved about as a high class place with a great
atmosphere and good food, but I think it's slightly overrated.
The good is fairly decent, but their catering for large events
is entirely sloppy, and definately needs work. The atmosphere
is nice, but it can't make the dining experience all that
much better. This is an average place.

| Mount Pen Family Rstrnt | Reading, PA | |
|
This is an ok place to eat, but it's more like a hopped up diner
than a restaurant. The food is good, and the service matches,
and with prices low you can't go wrong with that.

||
| Peking Buffet | Reading, PA | |
|
This is your usual Chinese buffet restaurant. The food is definately
good, and the prices are low. The service is good and there is ample
seating. Still, this isn't as good as Hong Kong buffet, which
is a short drive away.

||
| Redner's Sandwich Shop | Reading, PA | |
|
This place has surprisingly good sandwiches considering what
it is. It's cheap and their delicious, so it's definately
worth checking out.
|
||
| West Reading Diner | Reading, PA | |
|
Good food at a low place, and it's great to go to for that late
night snack or cup of coffee when you're catching up with
friends.
|
||
| California Bar & Grill | Reading, PA | |
|
This is another overrated place. It's popular, but it's
not really all that great, and it's too crowded and noisy,
and devoid of any real atmosphere. Overpriced to boot, for only
average food.

||
| Moss Street Hoagies | Reading, PA | |
|
This place is in the center of what USED to be a great place to shop,
which made it more attractive. But the stores are moving out,
and the area gets even more dingy every time you see it. Their sandwiches
are ok, but there's really no attraction over any other sandwich
shop that would make you want to go here.

||
| Plaza Dairyland | Reading, PA | |
|
This is a great place to stop if you're out shopping and have
a craving for ice cream. The sundaes and milk shakes are great,
and the service is good and you get your order pretty quickly.

| O'Grady's Family Restaurant | Phoenixville, PA | |
|
This is a pretty nice restaurant. It has good service and friendly
staff, and while it's often busy there's never really
a problem getting your food and other services quickly. The prices
are right, and the food is good for a restaurant of this type.

||
| Vale Rio Diner | Phoenixville, PA | |
|
This is by far one of the coolest diners to eat at in this area. The
food is good, and the server staff is prompt and helpful with all
of the things you need. It's not the classiest place, it is
a diner, but it's not that bad. The portions are also large,
which is good, because once you taste the food you'll want
to eat your fill.
|
||
| Harpoon Louie's | Phoenixville, PA | |
|
This is a pretty nice place for seafood, although it's sort
of out of the way. It has a sort of seamans/nautical atmosphere
to it, which makes it slightly entertaining. The prices are a
bit high for the food, but overall it's pretty good.
|
||
| Tailgaters Steakhouse | Fleetwood, PA | |
|
This is a pretty decent place to eat. The main theme of the restaurant
is tailgating, meaning sports and steak. The catch is that they
have grills set up so you can either grill your own steak, or have
the chefs prepare it back in the kitchen. The only problem is that
not only does it cost more to have it chef prepared, but you occaisonally
get a lower quality steak. The portions are very large, so it's worth the money, and the bar is very nice. There isn't too much of an atmosphere, but it's passable. The service is wonderful, and the server staff is very friendly.

| Mikado Ii | Margate City, NJ | |
|
This is definately one of the nicest restaurants in the Atlantic
city area. It has a very nice interior, and the waits are usually
fairly short. If it is a long wait, it's worth waiting for
because this is dining and entertainment all rolled into one.
If you ask to be seated at a hibachi table you'll be able to
watch the chef cook the meal in front of you. It's very neat
to watch, because they do all sorts of tricks and fancy work with
their cooking untensils. On top of that, the food is absolutely
delicious. This is a great stop for food, although it can be a little
pricey.

| Jo Jo Pizzeria & Restaurant | Ventnor City, NJ | |
|
While there are many places for pizza in the Atlantic City area,
Jo Jo's Pizzeria and Restaurant is one of the finest, with
great service whether in the restaurant, or on their deliveries
(which are prompt, and any mistakes made on orders are handled
with care for the customer). When a choice need be made between
the numerous pizzeria's in the area, it is up to the taste
for a decision to be made. The verdict? Jo Jo's offers some
of the finest pizza in the area. When coupled with their low prices,
great service, and prompt deliveries this restaurant is a sure
win.

| Hong Kong Buffet | Reading, PA | |
|
When it comes to Chinese cuisine many people have trouble deciding
exactly what dish they'd like to tickle their palette's
with most. This problem is solved in a great (and filling) way
at Hong Kong buffet. For a very low price patrons are treated to
an all-you-can-eat meal of some of the best chinese cuisine,
and some American favorites for those who are picky about what
they'll put in their mouth. The dishes are flavorful; nothing
is skimped on, even though this is a buffet. This is a sure stop
for anyone who has a desire for a Chinese lunch or dinner.

| 5th Street Diner | Temple, PA | |
|
When you're out on a late night ride with friends in the Reading
area, and you're bored, with nothing to do, the 5th Street
diner will become one of your best friends. As one of the few places
to eat late at night it offers a haven for those late-night cravings.
As for everyone else, if you're in the area, looking for a
decent meal at a low price, with friendly service 5th Street is
the place to go. While it is by no means fancy or fine, the fare isn't
bad, and offers a little variety to the restaurant scene of the
area.

||
| Kutztown Tavern & Golden Co | Kutztown, PA | |
|
For a restaurant in Kutztown this is a pretty good place, maybe
the best of the bunch. The scenery inside is interesting, as the
restaurant is also a microbrewery. The food is fair, nothing
to get excited over, though the hot wings were tasty. There is
a large college crowd who come in from the University so people
of that age group would probably feel the most comfortable.
