Horrible lunch. Ordered a simple BLT with Cheese and waitress could
not understand order. Sandwich came without cheese. As I was eating
at the counter, another waitress started cleaning dishes and spraying
cleaner in front of me into the sink. I told the person I was eating and
could she wait and I received a stare. Also, I had to ask twice for a refill
on my Ice Tea. The bread was not fresh and my salad had soft lettuce. For
the first time in two years, I stiffed the service and walked out leaving
part of my sandwich.

| Hard Times Cafe | Fairfax, VA | |
|
A step above the usual pub type food. Service is excellent and refills
are often filled without asking. The Hard times Cafe has specials everyday.
Chili is a specialty and a chili sampler is offered often without asking
at no cost. Prices are reasonable, especially on the daily specials
of chili burgers, chili on spagetti, etc.. The chicken wings are amust
i their unique spice and you tast good chicken. Service is excellent.
Bathrooms are small and relatively clean with soap available.

| Mezza Grill | Ashburn, VA | |
|
Although interior decoration does not really set the mood, the food
is excellent, servings are generous and the prices are reasonable.
Service, especially refills on drinks, was prompt and often filled
without asking. Overall, very enjoyable dinner. We never felt rushed
to leave after eating. The bathrooms were clean and soap was filled.
On my second and later visit, everything was consistant with my prior
visit, but I noticed they seemed to skimp on the cooked vegetables.
When I said something, the owner stated the restauarant was finding
people were just wasting/not eating the cooked vegetables including
tomatoes, so unless asked for in particular, they were not served in
abundance.

| Big Fish Seafood Bistro | Princeton, NJ | |

Dinner service was extremely slow even though restaurant was not busy.
The fish and vegetables were glistening, a clear indication that a
lot of oil and/or butter was used in preparing the fish. The pasta was
so slippery with oil that my fork could not twirl it. At the bottom of
the pasta dish, there was enough oil to fill a container. We talked to
the manager and she did state the next time we come in to seek her out.
Highly unlikely another visit will be made.
